Martin called the manager of that towing company, and he declined to give us any refund. "You make a mistake, and we make money" was his answer to Martin. We went to Cici's pizza to have our brunch. It was the first time that I tried it, and it was not bad.
Something interesting happened in the bathroom. The music changed, and a light music started. I thought the music inside the bathroom is different from the outside. I was wrong, but it can be a good idea to have different music in each part of a business. It is like some games that you enter a room and you hear another music :)
We drove toward Corpus Chiristi to see the ocean. Road was very lush, and we all enjoyed it. We took a road that was longer, but it was worth it because it was different from that highways; we saw amazing views.
Alexander was driving that a truck stayed in the middle of the way to turn, and it was very dangerous. He easily stopped the car before getting close to that truck, but I think that I couldn't do that. Hopefully, I didn't drive my car that time.
We also passed through some villages. It was interesting to see those old buildings.
Corpus Chiristi road was very good. It took longer than our estimated time, but it was good.
We filled the gas tank up, and I drove toward Padre Island.
We stayed near the ocean, and we took some pictures. Water was cold. I didn't want to swim in that water. We didn't go to the main place of Padre Island because it was very far, and we were very tired.
After that, we drove to Bob Hall Pier. We stayed near the pier for about half an hour. It was almost sunset, and we decided to get something for dinner. I was not hungry, but I would like to be together in all parts of the trip.
I drove to a place called Buffalo Wild Wings. The first time that I was there.
I said my prayer outside of the restaurant.
The place was very good. It was very spacious, and there were many televisions there.
We ordered their main food, wings, with three different tastes. It was one of the most delicious food that I have ever got here. It turned out to be a very memorable night because of this food. Alexander loved it. "If I had only $10, and I gonna die, I would come here again and taste this food before that," he said.
Alexander drove us back to San Antonio.
