Shani has her road this Wednesday, and we started to practice again tonight. She was very nervous, and she didn't have confidence to pass her test. I ensured her that she can take another test if she couldn't pass it. In addition, we will have more time to practice.
We practiced for more than two hours. We went to that Kroger gas station again for its cheap gas price. She suggested to try IN-N-OUT burgers. So, we went there. We were going out of the car that I said, "It was very good when I was with Nancy. We went more than a week to practice driving every night. We used to go to a restaurant every night and talk."
My words had a negative impact on Shani. Shani and Nancy were friends, and I shouldn't have said something like this to her.
Shani: "You liked to practice with Nancy, but you don't like to practice with me?"
Me: "I didn't mean that. I just said that it was good."
She mentioned this several times that night. She probably wanted to know if I had any feelings about Nancy or not, and I didn't want to tell her. She started to talk about Nancy to test me!
Shani: "Nancy is a very good girl, but sometimes she does some strange things. For example, she wanted to go home in those icy days, and I told her that it was impossible, but she didn't listen to me. She went out and she couldn't go home, and she came back after fifteen minutes. It was obvious that nobody could go out in that time."
"I like Nancy more than what you think. I don't want to hear anything negative about her. In fact, it is very cute that she tried to go out in that cold weather. At least, she tried something that she believed that it was right to do." I thought to myself, and I didn't tell Shani. I wanted to stop her several times tonight and tell her that I really like Nancy, but I didn't want to have a negative impression on her.
I figured out that Shani was a very wise girl. I never had that special feeling that I had all the time with Nancy when I was with Nancy, but I liked her. She seems to have a good family. She thinks more logically, but Nancy is the only person in my heart now.
Shani: "Where are you coming?"
Me: "To your house! You had invited me."
Shani: "No, I didn't, but OK."
Me: "You told me that you had bought a sweet cream from Sara's. I would like to taste it."
Shani: "OK, but my house is not neat now!"
Me: "That's fine."
I went to Shani's home tonight. Kids, never go to a single girl's home alone. You would experience delusions that you had never experienced before. I was not comfortable at all. I just wanted to leave there as soon as possible, but she insisted me to stay to bring cream and honey to eat. I stayed, and we had our second dinner together. She didn't let me to help her wash her dishes.
Shani: I have wine. Would you like to taste it?
Me: Yes! Why not?
"She doesn't know that I have never drunk in my whole entire life. Let's see if she is that crazy to bring me a drink or not." I thought to myself. She changed the topic and never brought it! "This boy is crazy. What does he think about me?" she probably thought to herself.
It was very late in the night (around 12:30 am) that I left her home.
