A poem for her

I came to the lab, but I couldn't do anything. She was all in my mind. My sprite was full of her thoughts and feelings. I was feeling cool breeze of her beauty, and bitter feeling of her rejection. I wanted to focus on my work, but I couldn't, so I decided to write a poem for her.

It was as cold as winter when I didn't know her. It felt like spring when I met her the first time getting her student card with her friend. It was as breath taking as the summer when I talked to her for the first time, and I asked her if I could be with her, and she said "maybe." It was like autumn when I couldn't see her after that, and my hopes were falling down like leaves. It was sunrise when I saw her again, and sunset when she said she doesn't want to see me. It feels like winter and it's cold again, but it's not like before; it hurts now.

You don't want to see me? Yes!

I went to the cafe, and I saw Alison there again. She was alone this time. "I really like this girl. I should talk to her. Now or never," I said to myself, I went toward her.

Me: Hi.
She: Hi.

It was obvious that she didn't want to talk to me, and it made me very confused. I didn't know what to say after that. She wanted to avoid me, but I wanted to talk to her.

Me: Do you have some time to talk?
She: Sorry. My schedule is busy this semester.
Me: Can I ask you for a coffee now?
She: No! I am busy.
Me: Does that mean that you don't want to see me?
She: Yes! Sorry.
Me: OK. I can understand. See you.

I was looking into her eyes when she said this, and I couldn't believe that pretty eyes are such cruel to me. I can't forget that look for the rest of my life. It hurt. She said sorry, but she was not sorry. She didn't care. I really liked her, and I don't know if I did anything wrong. I should have probably asked her out the first time I met her. I got FB contacts of three girls, and none of them even accepted my friend request. I think that it is not the way to meet these girls. It seems that they think I was not that interested or they changed their mind after I left them.

Two classical music concert ticket for the next month

I was in the library that I remembered today was the day to get free concert tickets from the university. I came out of the library, and I saw Alison with a bunch of her friends. "Oh my god! Wow! Wow! Wow! I can't believe it that I see her again. She is awesome. She is amazing. I should definitely ask her out. I will get these tickets, and I will take her to this concert." I thought to myself, and I went to another building to get tickets. I think that she saw me, but she kept a distance and turned her face to talk to her friends.

I got two tickets, and I decided to take a girl to this concert. Alison is my number one choice because she likes music, and I like her, but I don't mind if I take any other girl.

A gift for her

Shani's birthday is in the next week, so I decided to surprise her by buying her a gift. In addition, it would be the best time to open up a conversation about a relationship. I decided to buy her something that can melt any girl's heart. Guess what?????

Picnic and downtown

After the museum, we had our lunch in a park near there. We met Asante for the third time when we go out. We met him the other night when we were in that dancing club. It is funny because we see him everywhere we go!

Me: "This weekend will be my last weekend going out with you guys."
Marvin: "Why?"
Me: "I am going to get a girlfriend this week. I will hang out with her next weekend."

I enjoyed watching kids playing in the fountains there. We got a drink with a free re-fill and we re-fill it more than 10 times! We laughed about it a lot.

Then we saw a group of very young girl that were there to get pictures. They were super beautiful, but they were too young for all of us.

Then we walked in the downtown for a while.

And we visited the tower there.

I liked this toy, but it was too expensive ($10). In addition, I had nobody to give it to her as a gift.

We went to a food market, and digitalized prices grabbed my attention. Suppose that you see the price is $5.44, and you take it, and before you pay it, the price may change to $10.88! The store was very expensive.

Art museum

I, Micheal and Marvin went to the downtown today. We visited the art museum there.

In the museum, we talked about girls. We saw two single girls there, but we didn't talk to them. We asked one of them to take our picture there. She was very upset, and she really needed someone to talk to, but we didn't want to disturb her, and we were three, and it was awkward to go and talk to her.

Texas party and missing Alison

I counted everyday, and I waited all the week after that DJ dance to meet Alison in the biggest event of the welcome week, Texas Party, tonight. I came there late again. I just wanted to meet Alison and nothing else. I desperately searched everywhere several times to see her for more than an hour, but I couldn't. It was very depressing. I waited a long time to have a chance to meet her in a fun event so that we can have a good start and ice-breaker, but I couldn't.

The event was not fun for me at all. Micheal came with me all the places, but we couldn't see Alison. I met Lora again, and I said hi, but she didn't answer me. She even avoided eye-contact with me. I don't know what's wrong with this girl. I just said hi.

I stayed to the last moment hoping to meet her, but I ... I think that I made a very big mistake by not asking her out that day. This event was the last event, and there will be no more event for newcomers. I may not even see her again.
