A potential girlfriend

I met a very nice girl today. She was one of the best girls that I have ever seen here in my university. I went to a talk and she came to the class a little later. I saw her face and she was beautiful. She was tall and blonde with a cute back bag. She sat in the same row as me in the class, but she was a little far. I tried to see her several times by turning my fact toward her. I don't know whether she noticed me or not. I was going to talk to her after the class, but she left the class before me, and I couldn't catch her. I went after her, but she got far very soon. I think that I can meet her again in the same class next week. I am so happy that I found a decent American girl.

Iranian Government rules changed about abroad student expenses

Iranian government changed the rules of buying dollar for student who are studying abroad. It will cause lots of problems for those who don't have financial aid from their universities. I talked to my mom today, and she said that my brothers haven't get any funding for this semester yet. She was very concerned about them. She asked me to pray for them.

The new rule will prevent many to buy dollars from the government. They need to buy it 3000 toman instead of 2500 (current government). If somebody wants to get government's money, then they ask for 30,000,000 - 60,000,000 toman bond that I am pretty sure that many students couldn't afford. In fact, if they had such amount of money they could buy dollar right now, and they could save more money because of 40% inflation rate in Iran. I think nobody is that stupid to get money from the government and put such a huge return bond. This return bond is also ridiculous because in fact you don't borrow the money from the government, you buy it. They simply acted this law to not to sell anybody any dollar. Fortunately, my life is not dependable on that. I hope that no problem happen for my brothers.

The most boring weekend

I graded more than 450 pages of their exam. I spent all my weekend, and some hours on Monday and Tuesday to finish it. I hope not to be TA for the next semester.

Bad dream about my mom

I saw I was on a stair and I wanted to go down, but it was a weak stair. My mom came to help my, but she fell down. I wanted to open my hands and get her before her fall, but I couldn't. I saw her fell down on a ground, but I couldn't go down and help her. I was so unhappy.

Some part of me is really concerned about my mom. I unintentionally worry about my family there. I don't know if other students have the same issue. I talked to Martin about this, and he said that he was also worried about her mom all the time.

Barbecue day near lake

Today I went to a barbecue party near a lake with my Persian friends. I was there until the evening.

There was also a museum near our place, and I went there I visited there.

A woman with her daughter were there. She was probably a single mom. I don't know why they divorce that soon.

I talked to Kane about my day. "You shouldn't go out with your Persian friends. It's a limited community. It is better to expand your community and meet new people."

A zombie movie in our university

Tonight I meet Jeeraj after a long time. We talked about our summer. He also prayed with me in the evening. I went to a movie in my university. I didn't know that it was a Zombie movie. 

After I gave up online dating, I decided to find someone in my university. It is probably the best place to meet someone. There are so many girls here, and we can meet everyday. In addition, I can easily find a topic to start a conversation. There are so many good reasons to meet someone here. I expected to meet a girl in that movie night, but I didn't. In fact, it was not a good idea to meet girls there.

I gave up online dating

I created profiles in major online dating websites to see who is around. I gave up it today. I contacted three girls, and I got no response. I told Kane, and he said to need to contact one hundred to get one answer. Am I crazy? I was just interested in that three, and it was not for sure that I was really interested in them. I think that they were better than others there. It is almost impossible to find someone decent there.
