Corn barbecue night

I had been bought some corn to barbecue in the park a few days ago, but we totally forgot it. Martin's wife called me today and asked me to go to their house to grill them before they get spoiled.

I went there with Alexander and Micheal. Camellia also joined us. Martin prepared them. It took a long time for them to be prepared, but the results were good. I really liked its taste. Camellia jumped into the pool. I was neutral in keeping my distance with her. We sat near the pool and we talked for a while there.

Martin's wife asked me about whom I do like to marry. I had no answer for her. I still see no choice (other than Taylor indeed) to even think about her. How can I define a parameter to choose between no one and no one?

Martin's wife: What your sister is doing?
Me: She is lonelier than me!
Alexander: You are lonely? So, who we are?
(Even I didn't know that I still feel very lonely. In fact, I answered her question with my heart.)
...
Martin's wife: "You are weird. Not weird, I mean different."
Me: "What do you mean?"
She: "It seems that you are very complicated. You are different from others."
Me: "I was confused. Is is a good thing or a bad thing? What should I ask? What can I tell her?"
Camellia agreed with her: "Yes, I think that you are strange. No, no strange, different. distinguishable. I think that he is different from anybody else."

I didn't know what to say. I couldn't understand their point.

I don't like these machines

I was very hungry today. I was in the university, and I decided to buy something from one of these vending machines. I ordered a chocolate, but the door was locked. I couldn't grab my chocolate. I thought that I might make a mistake by not taking it fast.

I ordered another thing. It got the same destiny! I couldn't get the other one, too.

I tested another machine, and I figured out that machine was broken. I stayed hungry until night. I hope to get refund for items that I couldn't take.

Update: I didn't get any refund :(

Seeing a car for Asante

Asante is another Persian boy in our university. He is very young. He is only 21, but he studies PhD here. He called me today to go with him because he wanted to see a car. We went with another Persian boy. It was around 3 pm, and the city was very far from us (the same city that I bought my cars there).

It was Sonata 2010. The car had a very bad smell. The interior was not clean. There was a problem with its airbag. "It is because of its sensor," the dealer said. We tried to negotiate with him, but he was very firm. The car wasn't worth the price at all. I suggested him to search more. I didn't want to force him buy or not to buy this car, but I tried to guide him. At the end, he decided not to buy this car.

Going to an Indian restaurant

Martin's wife suggested to go to an Indian restaurant today. I, Alexander, Nancy and Martin's family went to Mumtaz restaurant. We had a good time there together. I am very happy that I can spend some time with Nancy these days. Sometimes I think that Martin's wife does this purposefully. I mean inviting Camellia or Nancy. Anyway, it was a good day.

Nancy got her new apartment today

I called my previous apartment to send the rental history form to Nancy's new apartment, but they didn't do that. I went there in person, and I asked them to fax it in front of me. Finally, they sent the fax, and they approved my case.

We went there with Nancy, and I signed the final form. Finally, Nancy got her new apartment. Nancy was very happy. In our way back home, I told her about the thing that happened a few weeks ago. She got very embarrassed.
She: "Why didn't you tell me earlier?"
Me: "It was nothing important. You had your qualifying exam, and I didn't want you to be concerned about this at all. Then, you wanted to buy a car, and I decided to wait for a few more days. Today you got your apartment, and I decided to tell you now."
She: "Thank you."

She got sad about that thing, but it was nothing to be worried about.
"Come on! Laugh. I don't want to see you like this. You are a good friend," I said.
I also slapped on her back for the first time. "Now, smile!" She didn't have any reaction, and she tried to be happy again.
"Really, I could slap you with my hands :) I didn't know that :) I wish I knew it earlier. It was very funny :)" I thought to myself. Anyway, It was over. "I really liked you that I did everything I could for you. You practiced your driving with me; you took your driving test with me. You bought your car with me; and now you got your apartment. Sometimes I scare that I haven't been done all these things only because of God because I really like you. I wish I never see you unhappy in my life." I told her in my thoughts, and I left her.

Movie night - Mr. Peabody and Sherman

We were going to go to a movie tonight. Nancy suggested to see Mr. Peabody and Sherman. We got there before Nancy and Shani. Micheal didn't like the movie title, and he wanted to see another movie. I had no preferences. "Choose your movie, and buy for me the same ticket," I said.

Martin's daughter was hungry; so, they left to buy something for her. I also left Alexander and Micheal to say my prayer somewhere. In the meanwhile, Camellia joined us. When I went back, Nancy and Shani already bought the ticket and had gone inside.
"I wanted to see another movie, but Nancy bought tickets for Mr. Peabody and Sherman," Camellia said.
"We can watch another movie another time," I said.

We couldn't sit next to each other. Nancy and Shani sat together. Martin and his family sat together. I, Alexander and Micheal sat together, and Camellia sat alone.

The movie was awesome. It was boring in the beginning, but it got better from the middle. I laughed from the middle of the movie to the end. It was surprisingly funny. It had many hidden funny messages. I was also happy that Nancy came with us.

Martin said: "Woody laughed more than anybody else there. I don't know what was funny!"
Nancy said: "yes. He laughs a lot. We went to another animation together, and it was like a movie for kids (گروه سنی الف!), but he really enjoyed as well."
She was talking about The LEGO movie. "Really? Did you think that was a kid's movie? Why didn't you tell me?" I told her in my thoughts.

Alexander said: "I laughed from his laughs. Next time, I will go to movies only with him."
Camellia said: "was that you? I could hear your laugh all along the movie."
Micheal said: "it was for kids."
I said: "not all jokes inside the movie were for kids."
Martin's wife supported me and said: "yes. For example, which kid can understand that dollar joke when women left the person on a one dollar to get the other one on a hundred dollar."

They probably didn't get some of the hidden jokes in the movie. I tried to explain some of them to Micheal. I still laugh when I remember this sentence: "Some humans and some dogs are equal;" it has at least four funny interpretations. The writer of this sentence did definitely an incredible job!

They all liked to see this movie with me, and I personally really liked it. It was more than funny. I had absolutely good feelings after the movie.

Fun weekend - H Mart, Haji Food Market

After park, we went to a Korean food store. The fruits and vegetables were very fresh at a good price. I saw many new strange things there. One of them was this weird fruit.

There was many Korean types of foods there.

The most interesting thing was a Korean girl who came there with her mom. She was like the prettiest girl in the whole Korea. She was a real walking doll :)

Pork ear, pork snout, pork tail are things that I never imagined that someone can eat, but they have been selling them there.

I don't know how people can be so cruel to buy these live animals to eat. Even they cook it when they are still alive.

"A crab!" Martin's daughter said. She knows many English words now. She always surprises us by telling new English words. The other day, when we were in Spring Creek Nature Area, she said, "A shell" when her father asked her what that thing was.

The rest of the store was like any other big stores in the US.

I saw that girl again, and I took her picture. She is unbelievably adorable.

We went to another Persian food store for the first time. It was like other Persian markets. I didn't see anything special there.

We were going to go to Cinema tonight with Nancy. I was happy that I could see Nancy again tonight.
