A part of me missed my mom so bad

It is true. I missed my mom so bad without being aware of it. I had a dream a few weeks ago. I was talking to an angel, and she told me, "your mom proved to us that she was a good person. It is time for her to go to heaven." I said, "Oh, no. I don't want her to die. I want to see her again." I had another dream two days ago. I saw that my mother was dead. I was so sad, and I thought to myself that I really needed to hug her before she left me.

She called me, and talked to me. She was just concerned about my sister. She really wants that my sister to get married soon. A boy was going to ask her a few weeks ago, but due to incompatible families, they decided not to do that. I hope that my mother be happy everyday. I always pray for her.

I have no idea about these dreams; I didn't even think about her those days. But I know that a part of me missed my mom so bad.

Bad progress in my summer plans

The professor that I supposed to work with him has came back to his home country. His students don't like to work with me. I did my best to work with them, but they are very unwilling. I talked to one of them, and he gave me something to do. I did it a few days ago, but he told me that I don't need it, and I am going to complete it myself because of the deadline. To me, they try to give excuses. He gave another task to do, but I think that it is useless. It sounds to me that I am wasting my time with these guys. I may either do everything myself without their help or left this group.

I expected to have a good plan for Xprize, and work on it, but they don't have any plan. I also need to start my own project. I wish I could overcome all these problems soon. I really need to do something special.

I feel very lonely these days. I don't have energy to do what I would like to do. Sometimes, I watch How I met your mother from Netflix. Sometimes, I watch Taylor's music videos. Sometimes, I think about getting a female roommate. Sometimes, I play chess. And sometimes, I don't know what I am doing here in the US.

New president for my country

It was a election last week in my country. I didn't vote this time as they didn't count my last vote. However, they really counted votes this time. Some students drove several miles to another state to just cast one vote. I am really proud of these guys. Many people became happy for the election's results. However, I won't feel happy unless I see all prisoners are released. I wish I was in my home country these days when people celebrate in streets after several years.

Useful car

I didn't know that my car can be such a useful vehicle. During this week, after buying it, I could help Martin to move to his new house. I helped him to bring his utensils, and shop his new home requirements from Walmart. We also went and picked up his wife from airport yesterday. I am very happy about it. I never expect that this car be such useful for me.

I feel like TED

I am watching "How I met your mother" show these days, and I learnt lots of informal expressions that Americans use in their daily life.

I feel that I am like TED sometimes. My thoughts are sometimes as stupid as his! I deserve to be with the best girls, but I can't find any. There is nothing wrong about me, but there is always something wrong with my relationships. Finally, I like Robin!

I get home with you anywhere you would like

I received another message from that girl. She asked me to call her, and consider her. I didn't know what to do. I searched in the Internet to find more information about her. She mentioned a place in his message that was really far from my home, so I decided to call her, and tell her that I can't live with her there.

I called her a few minutes ago.

...
Me: You said that your home is near [...]. Is that correct?
She: No! I am considering to move there.
Me: [Surprised! What should I say now?] Oh, OK.
She: Where do you want to live?
Me: I would like to live near my university.
She: OK. I will get home anywhere you would like.
Me: [OMG, is she crazy?]
She: I have two dogs! You should love dogs.
Me: [Good excuse!] Oh, I am sorry. I don't like dogs. I scare of them.
She: Ooooh, why? They are cute. I promise that you will like them.
Me: But I don't.
She: Honey, these dogs are very important to me. I will teach you how to treat them. You should learn how to play with dogs.
Me: But I can't.
She: Why? Is there anything happened to you?
Me: Yes... I was a kid and one of them followed me, and I scared a lot.
She: Oh, but they are not scary.
Me: By the way, I prefer not to live with dogs.
She: Oh, that's bad. I can't live without my dogs. You know; I rescued them, and I really like them.
Me: OK. If I changed my mind, I would call you again.
...

It turned out that she was 47 years old, and she preferred her dogs over me.

A money shock for renting the car

Martin brought the car back to the rental company, but they charged us about 162$. They said that 82$ was for one day, and you rented it for two days. I payed the price; however, it was very very expensive. We could get cheaper cars definitely. I just complained about it to the company's head center by email. They told me that they would ask that branch about the costs. I spent lots of time to explain the problem to them. I have no idea whether they can do something for us or not. 82$ more is lots of money for me now.
