Los Angeles - Day 6 - Elysian park

After that, I went to a park near there called Elysian park.

I just wanted to go up from the slopes and mountains. I really missed these streets in Tehran. I was just tired of the flat Texas.

So, I took a path toward the high.

Wow, soil. I could walk on the soil. I missed walking in the mountains. I missed hiking. I missed even the soil. So, I just walked and walked and walked there.

I saw a temple there, but it was closed, and I couldn't enter.

There was also a blanket there. It seemed that someone sleeps there at nights.

I reminded those days that I was in Tehran, and I used to go to the mountains every weekend with some friends.

They made hiking trails there, and people came there for dog-walking or hiking. I saw two women with four dogs. One of their dogs was a big black dog that run into me. I was so scared, but once she called him, he came back. "It is a very friendly dog." she said. "Very friendly. He just wanted to eat me." I answered with smile.

I missed mountains a lot. So, I just enjoyed being in the mountain.

LA downtown view was beautiful from the top.

The other side of the trail also had a beautiful view of the city.
