Nancy has a driving test the next Friday, so I asked her to come and practice with my car. We went out tonight for the first time. She was not confident at the beginning, but she got more confidence when she started to practice more. We drove to a place for a Persian event. Before entering the place, I called Henry, and he said that they left there because it was not good at all. So, we decided not to go there. I wish we could have a better time together, but it was not possible.
She invited me for a dinner to her house. However, something happened. We couldn't turn off the car lights. The same thing had happened to Justin a few months ago when he had borrowed my car. I felt very unhappy because of that. Whenever I gave my car to someone something unexpectedly happened. Nancy was feeling guilty about what's happened, and I explained to her that it was not her fault, and the same thing had happened a few months ago for Justin.
I called Martin, and he suggested to cut off the battery cord to prevent battery consumption. We didn't have any tools. Nancy got something from Ella, but we still couldn't remove the cord. I called Henry, and he was going to go to a party in downtown. I and Nancy was trying to remove the cord that Henry and his friends came there. One of his friends helped us to cut the battery cord off. Hanson showed up unexpectedly, and he asked, "what's happened." I explained the problem, and he said, "maybe this should be on Auto," and he rotated a switch inside the car, and all of a sudden problem fixed. In fact, it was not a problem. It was a switch that was on, and it didn't let the lights to be off even though the car's engine was off. We laughed a lot about what's happened. I wanted to join Henry to go to that party, but Nancy was tired, and we were both hungry, so I went to her house for the dinner.
She prepared the dinner, and I talked to Ella about the thing that happened to us in the meanwhile. After dinner, we talked about a lot of things. Nancy couldn't stop laughing tonight. I explained them how I couldn't differentiate many things when I was younger.
Me: "For many years, I didn't know Jennifer Lopes and Angelina Jolly are two different persons."
Nancy: "How? They had two different names."
Me: "Yes, but they weren't in one movie together."
Ella said many things about me that shocked me. I don't know if she was serious or she was kidding, but she could guess many things about me. It made me a little sad because I thought that it was the reason that she didn't like me as my first love didn't like me because of the same thing. "You are very mystic. You are living in another world. Tell us how you can be like that. Maybe you should interpret Masnavi in one of those sessions for all of us," Ella said. Maybe she was right; I am like that. I can't change myself, and I don't want to do that, but it seems that it is not what girls like to see in a man.
Ella: "I bet you didn't know the difference between cherry and sour cherry."
Me: "Yes. How did you know that?! It is because I hadn't seen them together!"
Ella: "I think that you are taste-blind! It is a kind of new blindness!"
And Nancy laughed to death.
Ella: "I am concerned about your wife. She should be very careful."
Me: "Why? My mom says, 'good for you wife because you can't differentiate her food's tastes if they are bad or good.'"
Ella: "No. I am saying this because you may find another person later, and go out with her, and don't understand her difference between her and your wife!"
We laughed a lot tonight. When I came home I though about Ella's words. I figured out something that I hadn't thought about it until tonight. I had a conversation with my mom a few years ago.
My mom: "What kind of girl do you want?"
Me: "I want to marry a unique girl!"
My mom: "Everyone is unique. What do you mean by a unique girl?"
Me: "No. All are the same, but some are not like the others!"
In fact, it was my main factor of picking a girl (or even anything else). In addition, it could be the main reason of loving Taylor. She is so different and unique. Now, I understand more about my true inner feelings, but I don't know how Ella knew this. It is very confusing.
